A little cart with big lights, parked wherever the crowd shows up. Popcorn momo, jumbo sandwiches and a cold coffee strong enough to wake you up before your next class or shift.
Zestora began the way most good street food does, with a cart, a gas stove and a stubborn idea that fast food does not have to mean rushed food. Nothing here is cooked in advance and left waiting under a lamp.
Momo get folded fresh through the evening, sandwiches only hit the grill once you have actually ordered them, and the cold coffee is shaken up on the spot instead of being poured out of a jug that has been sitting since morning. That is really the whole plan. Show up, cook it properly, hand it over hot.
We roll out most evenings once the sun starts going down. Follow along and we will let you know exactly where we've parked that day.
Open most evenings, 5 PM till the last momo runs out. Weekends we tend to stay open a bit longer.
